Lr.Rc.No.355/RVM (SSA}/CS/2013, Dated: .06.2013 AP RVM(SSA), Hyderabad - Education Fortnight for the year 2013 shall be celebrated from 22.06.2013 to 06.07.2013

The Rc. No.355 of the SPD RVM informing the Commissioners of Various Departments is as follows
As per the instructions of Government in the reference cited, it is to inform that the Education Fortnight is scheduled from 22nd June to 5th July, 2013.
The Govt. designated the concerned Head of Departments as Nodal officer to organize the Education Fortnight Day-wise activities. Hence the Nodal officer has to take the entire responsibility to conduct the programme as scheduled.
As Nodal Officer for implementing the activities in the specific date, the Govt. instructed to organize the suitable programmes as mentioned in the schedule. In this connection you are here requested to furnish the details of the programme being organized on the day and a brief report with physical & financial estimates is required to submit a consolidation report
