GO.No.175 Operational Guidelines For Issue of Health Cards under Employee Health Scheme to Employees and Pensioners of Andhra Pradesh. In continuation and partial modification of the Operational Guidelines issued in the GO.186 Dated 8-04-2012 Government hereby issue the following guidelines for issue of Health Cards to the beneficiaries covered under the Employees Health Scheme (EHS). In this GO.175 The complete details of Process of Issue of Permanent and Temporary Health Cards to Employees is given. The process of issue of Permanent Health Cards will take time.
