Rc.No.118/R1-1/2012. DSE Letter to Extend the Benefits of Encashment of Half Pay Leave on Retirement. Director of School Education requested the Government to re-examine the issue of extending the benefits of encashment of Half Pay Leave on retirement to the teachers of Mandal Parishad /Zilla Parishad /Municipal Managements. Earlier Govt Memo No. 7380/PE, Ser. I-212012, dated 10.12.2012 of Education (PE) Department has instructed that the Benefit of Encashment of Half Pay Leave is applicable for Govt Teachers only.
