Rc.No.375(A)/E1-1/2013 dated 10.12.13 Exemption to Strike Period worked Teachers to attend on Compensatory Working Days (Sundays, Second Saturdays etc.,) ie., to the Teachers who have not participated in Samaikhya Andhra Strike. As per these Orders, DSE has informed DEOs to take the "Issue of participating in Strike" Case wise (as all the Teachers have not gone into Strike on the Same day and Some have not participated) and sort out duly taking into consideration of factual position.
We know that, It was already decided vide Rc.31/E1 on 19th Oct that the Teachers participated in Strike will Compensate the Strike Period Days in Sundays, Second Saturdays and Pongal Holidays and Salaries were paid to the Teachers participated in Samaikhya Andhra Strike as per GO.67 dated 14.11.13. Almost all the Major Teachers Unions have appealed that some Teachers had not participated in Strike and requested DSE to give exemption to the Teachers on attending on these compensatory Days.
