GO.2 Finance Dept 4th Jan 2014. Recovery of Contribution for Health Cards (EHF Scheme) starts from March 2014. Govt has modified the previous orders and instructed that Employees’ Health Scheme (EHS) – Recovery of contribution from the Salaries/Pensions of Employees and Pensioners will Start from March 2014 Salaries payable in April 2014 instead of Jan 2014 Salaries.
