GO.227 Loose the Promotion Right Permanently if Not joined in 2nd Time also in Promotion Post

Amendment to sub-rule (b) of rule 11- Joining in Promotion Post within the Given Stipulated Time for second time also, otherwise shall lose his promotion right / offer permanently.
